From the Gloso Store website, select the item you want to order, enter the quantity and click ADD TO CART. Once you are finished adding items to your cart, click the CHECK OUT button.

Note: Items shipping directly from the supplier (Drop Ships), are only returnable if item is damaged.If returning an item, it must be returned in original packaging and be in resalable condition. If any fragile goods arrive broken, save all packaging material for the shipper to inspect. Contact us within 7 days of merchandise receipt to correct any issues with your purchase.

Each item will list the minimum quantity required to order. In some cases, the minimum requirement is one piece, while other items will be higher. The system will prevent you from adding incorrect quantities to your cart, if there is a specific minimum or increment required. If you have a large order and need more than the available inventory quantity shown, please contact us. If your quantity exceeds our highest tier price break, please contact us before adding to the cart, as additional discounts may apply for large orders.

The website will show the availability of items in real time. If a product is out of stock, customers will not be able to add the product to their cart. You may request notification when an item is back in stock, and you will receive an email with a link to place an order.

A drop ship item ships directly from the manufacturer and has up to a 6 week production time. If you are ordering a standard item and a drop ship item you will be billed for each item upon shipping. Therefore, you will be billed separately for both the item(s) and the shipping once you receive confirmation that the item(s) have shipped. All drop ship items are marked with a drop ship icon on the product page. The icon will indicate the estimated production time for that item. Note: Items shipping directly from the supplier (Drop Ships), are only returnable if item is damaged.
Stocked items will be charged as soon as they ship from our warehouse. Drop ship items will only be charged when they ship from the manufacturer. If your order combined in-stock items along with drop ship items, they will be billed separately so multiple charges may appear on your statement.
Freight and sales/use tax are not included in the prices. Freight will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select. We are located in Illinois, and all applicable sales/use tax will be calculated at checkout.
